**Terms and Conditions**

1. **Acceptance of Terms**

By using our loading and unloading services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. **Services Offered**

We offer comprehensive logistics solutions to meet our clients' needs. With a highly trained team and infrastructure, we provide efficient and reliable services. Our team of maneuvering experts is ready to face any challenge. Whether you need to load or unload heavy, delicate, or large-volume goods, we ensure everything is done with maximum safety and precision. Additionally, we offer agile and efficient loading and unloading services, guaranteeing that your products are handled with care and punctuality, optimizing time and reducing unnecessary costs.

3. **Fees and Payments**

The fees for our services will be established at the time of hiring. Payments must be made by (Zelle Transfer, Check, or Cash). We reserve the right to modify our fees with prior notice.

4. **Insurance and Liability**

Elite Customs Solutions will take the necessary precautions to protect your goods. However, we are not responsible for damages or losses that occur during transport unless negligence on our part is proven.

5. **Additional Notes**

a. The invoice will be sent to your email the day after the service, during the morning.

b. A maximum of 30 days will be allowed to pay the invoice, considering that it is sent the day after the service. From the 31st day, a 5% penalty will be charged (without exceptions).

c. We are looking to migrate to receiving payments only via transfer, but exceptions may be made depending on your needs.

d. If you have overdue invoices for 10 days, maneuvering services will be automatically blocked.

e. When making your payment, you must indicate the invoice number and the amount to maintain error-free payment records.

f. Every Monday, a "Portfolio" report will be sent, where your maneuvering services and payments will be tracked.

6. **Modifications to the Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
